Application structure

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are welcome from non-profit organisations (or individuals partnering with them) that have community-led projects aligning with Horizons' climate change objectives.

Project Requirements

Projects must build resilience to climate change effects, support a sustainable carbon-neutral economy, be completed within 12 months, and be one-off or multi-year projects.
