MPI - Sustainable Food and Fibre Futures

Government co-investment fund from the Ministry for Primary Industries supporting innovation in the primary sector. Up to $75 million available annually for projects that deliver sustainable benefits to New Zealand's food and fibre sectors. Minimum grant is $250,000 with MPI contributing at least 40% of project costs. Note: SFF Futures was replaced by the Primary Sector Growth Fund (PSGF) in May 2025, though existing projects continue.
